The mission of Mums Fitness Academy is to help Mums with:

  • Prenatal exercise and pregnancy workouts to exercise safely while pregnant and prepare for a healthy birth
  • Post Pregnancy (postnatal) Exercise and how important it is to rejuvenate their body, particularly the abdominals and pelvic floor after birth
  • Help busy mum’s regain that sexy feeling again, lose the baby weight and look and feel their best to enjoy being a busy mum


There are lots of trainers who advertise as offering training for mums but Be Warned! Many DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! It is scary and dangerous that trainers are doing inappropriate and unsafe exercise that can result in injury. At Mums Fitness Academy you will be in safe hands as you will train with the experts!

Timo Topp has undertaken specialised physio based pre and postnatal exercise education to understand safe and effective exercise for mums before and after baby. In addition to that Timo has a degree in Science and 20 years experience – working with hundreds of local people, like you – which means you will be in safe hands and Get Results!

As a father Timo is fully qualified to help with your child. In fact he will hold your baby, push your stroller and he has even bottle fed a baby so you can workout in peace! In fact many mums report their children love coming to the park to run around, kick a ball, do chalk drawings on the path and join in with mum as she exercises.
