  • Poor recovery after subsequent births
  • Permanently ‘puffy’ looking tummy!

There are Do’s and Don’ts of post pregnancy exercise and lots of mums run into trouble doing the wrong thing, such as:

  • Returning to pre-baby exercise routines that are inappropriate

  • Skipping, heavy weights or other inappropriate exercises that place too much stress on the pelvic floor
