Giving birth will be the hardest physical event of your life so you must exercise during your pregnancy. You wouldn’t run a marathon without training so the same preparation is required for the rigours of labour.

Mum’s Fitness Academy will help you prepare for a healthy birth with safe, effective and appropriate pregnancy workouts and prenatal exercise .

We will instruct and educate you on prenatal exercise:

  • What exercises you can and can’t do throughout your pregnancy
  • How to modify your training as you progress through the pregnancy
  • Show you how to accurately train the abs and pelvic floor
  • Supervise the right pregnancy workout intensity right up until the big day
